I never thought a whole lot about birds until I lived in San Francisco. They seem like they are going to eat you and your food if you sat still long enough.

This sight by my house here made me throw up a little in my mouth... (the picture can't really show just how many birds hang around this intersection. Gag.)

Day six

Love this little heiney. He is wearing his Thomas underwear because he went on the potty for the first time today! Big boy!

What is so great about this picture is the fact that no one is in it. Which means I am alone at the table while the kids are playing in the play area without me! I made it! I knew someday the kids would play without me, and they do! Yay for an independent spirit :)

Day three

Emmett found his spare Hobbs we bought just in case something happened to his original one. He found it after going on a search mission in my mom's spare closet. He had seen it once before, a few months ago. He has never talked about it or looked for it since. Until, naptime. Left to his own devices, he dug through the closet. Found the Hobbs. Put him in his bed. And, went to sleep. Funny what kids think about, but maybe never talk about :). Notice how clean one of them is...
